5 Factor Diet
The 5 Factor Diet is the diet that will help you to lose the weight and know your way around a healthy diet. It all centers around the number 5, and they claim that the 5 Factor Diet will finally help you to lose more weight and change your life in just 5 weeks! They are a little obsessed right down to the number of ingredients that you put in each meal. But the question is, does 5 Factor Diet actually work? Does 5 Factor Diet actually have the right ingredients or anything else?
What are the ingredients?
The 5 Factor Diet is obviously enough a diet, not a weight loss pill of any type. But here’s the basics of it. They use a 5 meal plan per day, 5 ingredients in each meal, 5 exercise, 5 minutes each per day, 5 weeks in total, 5 cheat days, the list goes on, you get the basic idea. Now there is some logic to this. A cheat day once a week or cheat meal has been shown to motivate people to keep going on their diet, and 5 small meals per day keeps your metabolism going.
However, the problem is that the 5 Factor Diet goes against conventional and studied wisdom in every other way! You need at least 1 hour of cardio per day to lose weight! This is not covered by their entire exercise criteria, let alone the little parts of it. This is only a 5 week plan, and ultimately, you need to make a lifestyle change to actually get results. So obviously enough 5 Factor Diet does not actually come through.
