Frankly, eggs are not a bad food. They are often given a bad name, but the fact that while living in what was then a developing country, my mom got 2 eggs on her birthday and her diet in general actually stunted her growth, which was then restored once she was able to eat more foods of that nature, well that means something I guess. You shouldn’t eat too many of course, just as you shouldn’t drink too much milk, eat too much salmon, really everything in moderation.
The bad side of eggs is that the yolk or the fatty part has enough cholesterol in 2 eggs to account for your daily cholesterol needs. So unless you have really low cholesterol or something, you probably should stick to non fatty foods or something otherwise during any given day. However, to be quite frank, the whites are filled with powerful proteins and other helpful elements. So it’s not all bad at all. It’s more a matter of being balanced about it. If you’re not balanced about any given thing, you are going to have problems. It’s not just eggs. Any good thing can go too far. You shouldn’t cut them out all together.
