Health kicks are good, as long as they are not just kicks, but lifestyle changes. But there are some people who get on these kicks and end up going overboard in their diets or exercise plan. It happens, and it sometimes sucks, but what do you really do right. It is an inevitable part of this whole process however that you will have muscle aches. Whether you overdo it or not, your muscles will cry out at first, because they are not quite frankly quite used to it in general terms. Your soreness may vary, and frankly it’s not a bad thing. Your muscles are not used to it. But just make sure it’s not too extreme.
You know when you have actually gone overboard in general terms. So therefore in so many ways, you know when you should have stopped and gradually worked your way up instead. However, if you have sore muscles, you don’t necessarily have to take a day off. Instead, try taking a stint in the hot tub for about 5 minutes before your next workout. Now if you’ve actually pulled a muscle, that’s a different story. However, if it’s just sore muscles, honestly try relaxing them with the hot tub for a bit more and then pushing them again.
